HEELS CLASS

Its taken LA by storm and now its coming to Polka Dot Dance Academy. It’s a mash up of street dance, commercial and diva inspired heel work!!! Fresh new routines each week! No previous experience or background is required as the class is equally useful to beginners and advanced dancers. Heels not obligatory! The class involves a warm up, stretch and tone, working on different exercises to improve strength and flexibility. Come boogie and release your inner dancer whilst working up a sweat and having lots of fun at the same time.

Tuesdays 7.15-8.15pm ADULTS 18+

Classes run with school term time

£6 per class

OVER 18'S STREET DANCE

Our Adult Street Dance class is a fun, energetic way to learn and develop a range of street dance styles and techniques in a friendly, welcoming environment. Class involves a warm up, stretch and tone, working on different exercises to improve strength and flexibility. Fresh new routines each week. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some dance experience, everyone is welcome. Come along, have fun, keep active, and give it a try!
