To ensure we keep all students, staff and other users of our halls safe please read the following information and adhere to all class guidelines. If you have any questions about the below please feel free to message us!
Booking is required for all students for the term as class size is limited
Any new students must fill in a contact form and email to polkadotdance@outlook.com before their first class (contact form available at the bottom of the page)
Cash payments can be made weekly, if you would prefer to pay via bank transfer this can be done by either half a term or a full term. Please message us for costing’s
Students must line up with 2m distancing when queuing for class. All students over the age 11 must wear a face mask. This can be removed once inside the class
Where possible (inter and senior aged students) students should enter the building alone. When not possible (junior age) only one parent allowed with the students and a wearing a face mask is mandatory
One way system in place for students:
SPALDING –enter via main entrance exit via fire exit of hall (left hand side of the front of the building)
HOLBEACH – enter via main entrance exit via fire exit of hall. Parents should meet their children at the back of Holbeach United Sports Academy
LONG SUTTON –enter via main entrance, exit via fire exit of the hall. Parents should meet their children at the side of the building next to the astro pitch
All students must use hand sanitizer before entering the dance hall, this includes any trips to the toilet. Hand sanitizer should also be used before leaving
For all junior/inter/senior classes there will be markers on the floor with 2m distance in between
Lessons will be shorter than normal timings to allow for disinfecting between classes
Please do not arrive to class any earlier than 5 mins before
All students must arrive in their dance wear so no need for changing
For junior students please encourage your child to go to the toilet before class
Track and trace in place
For pop tots classes markers will be out for guidance, as the class is for baby/toddler and parent, social distancing for little ones is the responsibility of the parent
Only one adult allowed with each family for pop tots until further notice
All staff will be wearing a face mask when registering and signing in
Please do not attend class if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any symptom’s of coronavirus
